  • Minimal full bore (≥ 80%) for all sizes
  • Pressure rating: GAS MOP10 / WATER PN16
  • Tests/Approvals: EN1555-4, EN12201-4, GB15558.3 and ISO4437-4.
Imperial sizes [85/80]
  • DN¾”, 1”, 1½”, 2”, 3”, 4” and 6”
  • SDR11, 9 & 7 spigot class
  • Minimal full bore (≥ 80%) for all sizes
  • Pressure rating: GAS 100PSI / WATER 200PSI
  • Meets or exceeds requirements of ASME B16.40, ASTM D2513 and CFR 49 part 192 for gas applications
  • NSF61 certified for drinking water

AVK has an extensive range of internationally approved PE ball valves, ranging as of OD20 up to OD180mm. Made from high performance PE100-RC material AVK PE ball valves offer excellent resistance to slow crack propagation and can be welded to all PE100 and PE80 pipes making the valve an integral part of the fully welded leak-free pipe system. Full bore design ensures a reduced pressure drop and greater flow through the valve. All spigot ends can be delivered with double spigot length option, allowing for a second electro fusion weld if needed.
